Take three photos

Front, three-quarter and a smile — with your phone camera or from your gallery. Photos stay private and are used only to draw the hero.
Choose a style, meet the hero

Pick one of five illustration styles. We draw a few portraits; you choose the one that looks most like your child, or ask for another.
A new book every two weeks

Each book comes with its own song and a film mode. You can swap the next story, skip it, or add a line about what happened this week.

Not a jingle with a name pasted in. A song written for this story, sung with your child's name in the chorus.

The lyrics follow the book page by page, so in film mode the pages turn exactly when the song gets there. Two takes are recorded for every book and you can switch between them in the reader.

Questions parents ask

What ages is StoryMoon for?

Ages 2 to 10. You choose an age band — 2–4, 5–7 or 8–10 — and the text length and vocabulary of every book are written for it. Toddlers get two or three short sentences per page; older children get a fuller story.

Which languages are available?

English and Spanish. Pick the language for each child; every story exists natively in both. More languages will follow.

How long does it take?

The hero takes about a minute to draw. A full book with its song usually takes 10 to 15 minutes; we email you the moment it's ready, so you don't have to wait on the screen.

Are the stories written by AI?

No. Every story is written and edited by people. Illustrations and the song are generated with AI tools for your child, every image is checked automatically, and during launch a person also reviews each book before it reaches you. We label AI-made content in the book. Read the full statement.

What happens to my child's photos?

They are stored privately and used only to draw the hero. They are never shown to other users, never used to train AI and never published. You can delete the photos, or the whole account, from Settings at any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in one click from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and you're not charged again. You can also skip the next book without cancelling.

What about refunds?

If no book has been generated in the current period, ask within 14 days and we refund that period in full. If a book has been generated, we may refund pro-rata at our discretion — and if something's wrong with a book, we fix it first, free. Refund policy.

Can I print the books?

Yes. Every book can be downloaded as a PDF (A4 landscape, print quality). Print it at home or take it to any print shop; the last page carries a code that opens the song and the film.
